You learn from those who have operated in this ecosystem for decades. They have dozens, if not hundreds of reps in evaluating, negotiating, and structuring acquisitions. Awesome experience in Tampa Awesome experience in Tampa! I had done a lot of research and wasn't sure how much more I would learn... then I probably doubled my knowledge base in 3 days! The cohort style is awesome and I'm in close touch with several of my friends from camp regularly, and also run important issues by the group any time I'm uncertain with something. The deal team connections are huge and have added confidence for me that I can succeed on this path. It was great to learn both how to raise capital, but also that I can be an investor in other searchers deals too. Can't say enough good things and while there are certainly other hucksters online selling questionable courses - this one is definitely NOT that, and is completely worth the $$.

Worth every penny Sam's bootcamp is a mini MBA course into acquiring businesses at 1/50th of the price of an MBA. As someone without a finance/MBA background, it was everything I needed to know about buying a business and worth every dollar.
