Amazing Resource I am currently in the process of transferrinng from an out-of-state institution and was worried about the cost of attendance, since I would be considered an out-of-state resident. Gratefully, I received a scholarship that would grant me in-state tuition due to my high GPA. In order to get more aid, I applied to the Special Circumstances Form. My Mos advisor was so helpful and resourceful through this process and I was granted more aid.
