NLBM provides a nearly-turnkey model… NLBM provides a nearly-turnkey model for a law practice, with substantive law materials, expert guidance, marketing materials, and constant refinement of best practices, both for the NLBM team and for all of its members. It was a great solution for me, as I had the network to bring in clients, and mostly needed the substantive materials and framework to conduct the practice. It is a lot of material to absorb, and the implementation can be confusing at first, but the support is definitely there to get it all worked out.

NLBM is really great! NLBM is really great! Very comprehensive and I love how there is initially a deep focus on mindset, money, and time so that you can get yourself organized before you dive in to the substantive material. The only thing I found a little disappointing was that the "Money and Mindset" and "Mastering Client Engagement" webinar calls often focused on seriously struggling individuals, leaving others like myself waiting for the "therapy session" to end. I understand that the intent is for us to learn from each other, but it seemed like some of those discussions would have been more appropriate one-on-one offline.

Highly recommended I have been an NLBM member for over a year now, and can honestly say it has changed my life. Their system for how to approach client engagement and retention is invaluable for new solo attorney. This program gave me the confidence to leave my high paying firm job with a solid plan in place, and it has delivered in every way.
