HTYC was just what I was looking for I got what I asked for working with HTYC! In the beginning, I was not sure if I was looking for a therapist or a career coach. Scott & the HTYC Team made the right recommendation to pair me with Liz. She is knowledgeable, communicative, inquisitive, compassionate and knows when to push me and how much. ;) By working together, I have gained tremendous personal growth and improved my perspectives on my career. I may have wrapping up my coaching but this is not the end of my pursuit of career happiness, whether at my current work place or somewhere else. I was very impressed with how thorough the intake process was to ensure the right fit. I enjoyed the personality tests but it was working with a coach one on one that really helped me make significant progress in this journey. I worked with Liz, whose openness and thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. Liz challenged my preconceived notions and guided me to find other ways to look at my work situation. I did not quit my job or drastically change my career but I made enough important changes that allow me to enjoy my work much better today than I have for many years.

Great team! The collective team at HTYC is fantastic. Throughout the process, I felt well-supported. Even in cases in which I need a course correction to maintain the path, it was handled with respect and from a sense of authentic compassion and commitment for the goals I outlined.
