With one week before the HSPT, our goal was to increase our son’s confidence and provide him crash course in content. The tutor found time to spend with our son for the entire week leading up to the exam. She did exactly what was asked and our son came out of the exam with his head held high. The tutor was excellent. She was patient, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. The coordinator I worked with to make this all happen was extremely professional and made this a seamless process from start to finish, and even checked on our son after the exam. Test Prep Elite is our savior! Test Prep Elite is our savior!! We hired a tutor from Test Prep to prepare our 14 year old son for the High School Placement Test (HSPT) as part of the required admissions process for Catholic High School. It was all very last minute because we decided to apply him to Catholic school just a few months before the deadline and we hadn’t done any preparation for the HSPT. To make matters even more challenging, we adopted our son about 2.5 years prior from Colombia and so he had only been speaking and writing the English language for less than 3 years. The Test Prep tutor worked wonders for our son. She worked on a flexible schedule that met our needs and was always available to answer questions, even between sessions. Our happy ending is that our son went above and beyond on the HSPT, and we learned 2 weeks ago that he was accepted into the Catholic school of our choice for his freshman year 2021/2022.
