Legal Transcription Course I have just completed the legal transcription course at Learn to Transcribe and I am so happy with my experience! Linda set this course up very well. It’s easy to use, you go at your own pace, and she’s always there to answer your questions if need be. There’s videos, audio, and downloads to help you learn the content. I really enjoyed her teaching style and the knowledge that I gained is practical and applicable. It really focussed on what’s important in a thorough but concise way. I didn’t feel like there was any “fluff” to the course. Everything you learn is essential. I enjoyed her student groups for discussion, feedback, and camaraderie. I can’t recommend this course enough! Thanks for such a pleasant experience, Linda!

I started this course in mid-July of… I started this course in mid-July of 2023. As a mom of two, it was very convenient that I could work at my own pace and on my own schedule which is exactly what I was looking for. Each section of the course was easy to follow with everything explained in great detail. Not only was it explained in great detail, but there was so much material provided to download and print to keep in a binder. I found that to be very helpful for when I started my practice files and needed to refer back to a certain section. Although it is a self-paced course, Linda was there every step of the way to answer any questions. She’s very pleasant to speak with. I’ve enjoyed our conversations! I’m so glad that I made the decision to take this course, and I’m excited to start this next chapter of my career!

Punctuation and Grammar class Good afternoon: I wanted to share my thoughts on the Grammar and Punctuation class with Ms. Linda Wilson. She touches on the spell checker, auto corrects, smart quotes and legal terms/phrases. This is a self study course. There are videos with step by step instructions. I actually downloaded and printed everything I could and placed in 3-ring binders for future reference. Also, I took the quizzes and of course, I printed the certificate of completion! 😁 I found this to be very helpful and informative. But, what I liked best about this course is I could do it at "my own pace". 👌

Loved it! I loved the course! I was able to pause and pick it back up when it was convenient to me. The instructor is supportive and genuinely wants you to succeed. She is clear in her instructions as to what the expectations are.

I have learned so much from Linda's… I have learned so much from Linda's legal transcription course. After 20 years as a medical transcriber, I thought the transition to legal would be simple. I had no idea how much there was to learn! Linda's course was exactly what I needed to help me make this career transition. Her experience, knowledge, encouragement, and hands-on approach was invaluable. I only wish I had made the choice to do this sooner!
