GBJoe will get you the results you are looking for! Joe is one of the most positive and supportive people I know. He is the only person I will refer my friends to for fitness and nutrition coaching. I started working with Joe back in 2018 but have known him since starting CrossFit in 2013. He was pivotal in helping me with my weight loss journey and learning how to track food and balance my macros properly. I was able to lose 10lbs in 3 months with his help and felt much more comfortable knowing how much protein/fat/carbs to eat to get these results. CALife is complicated. Your fitness doesn’t have to be. I’ve worked with Joe a few times now. He has helped me in so many ways, from figuring out why coffee was holding me back, to finding a fitness routine that builds not only muscle, but confidence and mental well-being. Joe gets that life is complicated and that your fitness doesn’t have to be. He’s also just a really great guy that’s been there for me in some incredibly challenging times even though he didn’t have to be. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I started working with Joe in 2023, just before the big food holidays - Thanksgiving, xmas, end of year work parties, etc. We hit the ground running with a solid workout plan, dietary considerations and a whole lot of encouragement. I managed to make it through that period down a few pounds. A few months later, the weight is still dropping, I'm getting stronger and have turned this adventure into a lifestyle. All thanks to Joe!
