GBDon't think about it. Work with Joe! I started working with Joe in 2023, just before the big food holidays - Thanksgiving, xmas, end of year work parties, etc. We hit the ground running with a solid workout plan, dietary considerations and a whole lot of encouragement. I managed to make it through that period down a few pounds. A few months later, the weight is still dropping, I'm getting stronger and have turned this adventure into a lifestyle. All thanks to Joe!
