OK for US jobs, not good for international The Ladders provides a good service, but simply don't go beyond the borders of the US. Oh, there are a few international jobs, but they in no way reflect the breadth of the market out there. In expanding into foreign markets, it would be a mistake to start from scratch. There are already numerous providers out there who have limited vision, but good local coverage. Some sort of B2B action would be the right way to go.

It says the applicant is using the automated application fill in feature, contact applicant for more info. I never received one single call for an interview. I’m a professional with two master degrees and 16 years experience! Also, they have a resume service which is also a rip off. Top Resume is affiliated with Ladders, I signed up and a month later they had not even assigned me to a writer. When I tried to cancel they tried to refuse to cancel. Had to get my bank involved. The 4 star reviews here are suspicious, notice most encourage you to sign up for premium?

The Ladders I've used "The Ladders" on and off for several years. Their GUI is one of the most user-friendly. It's helpful to see info of the competition that is applying for the position that I'm interested. They provide a specific cover letter box per each job posting, so I can briefly provide unique details per each job posting. Definitely worth the fee because ease of use makes the application quick, so a good usage of my time.
