The customer service is the worst The customer service is the worst. They got the money, but the response rate was awful. They put my manuscript on my page, but it was not possible to be downloaded. After several email conversation, which lasted more than a week, they sent a notepad-style file in MS word, in which all the tables, figures and citations became disorganized and it was totally a mess. I had to spend a lot of time to make it fixed.

great! 2nd update: They did send messages and they were in my spam and I didn't see them so I'm now updating this review to 5 star due to my error in not looking, not their error. Thank you for responding to this review and letting me know!! Update to this review: after going on their website again, I found a dashboard where they did say they got document and then another where they say its done but I never got an email back with my revised document or anything saying changes were made or anything at all saying what status is to my requests about anything. Please add email confirmation so people don't have to check your website every 20 minutes to see if project is complete. I think I uploaded my document but never received any confirmation so I sent a message on their website asking if they got it and how long it would take but I never heard anything back and I went on website today and it says completed but I never got an email saying it was done so I have no idea if it was corrected as nothing looks different. Poor customer service and communication.
