Productive I've had a several coaching sessions with Sam and can honestly say that it's not only a positive thinking and uplifting confidence boost you get of of the sessions.... you can get that from several sources. It's the problem solving skills that he's encouraged me to build from personal areas of my life to my business life. I'm still a working progress but I can definitely measure great productivity by the improved relationships in my life and growth in my business. I find it useful to schedule coaching before appointments I'm feeling uneasy about or networking events.

Thanks to "Our Life Arena" I have been able to achieve the following: Self confidence, a different perspective, balanced life, achieve goals, be open minded, stay motivated, show empathy, reduce stress but most importantly find true happiness. Just like in sports, an athlete cannot achieve their full potential without the assistance of their trainer/coach.
