This has been one of the worst paper… This has been one of the worst paper writing experiences I've ever had. They failed to follow the instructions, resulting in a letter grade of an F. The customer support was rude and lacked empathy, and the company as a whole is clearly money-hungry and unconcerned about paper quality. They never release the money to the writer because the company doesn't care if they practically put gibberish on a piece of paper, as long as they've done the 'work.' Quality assurance is a joke, and they only offered 20% of my money back for an assignment where the writer didn't follow directions. Take your money elsewhere.

I've utilized this service and its fair I've utilized this service and its affiliated service 3 times now and the first time was great. The second time they were extremely late with my assignment and hadn't even started on it at the due date/time. I did receive a refund for that but it was very disappointing as I had to call out of work while being mentally exhausted from school and work to complete the assignment. Other than that one incident the writers are pretty good.

Gave specific guidelines Gave specific guidelines, class only allowed 2 attempts, after first attempt was incorrect gave specific feedback from instructor, still received the same grade on project, paper don said it was outside of revision window, but my point is I cannot use a revision, I have no more attempts on this project. They still wanted me to pay additional for a revision I could not use.
