GBfound via Quora advertisements... isn't it convenient that so many of us learned about geno palate through random Quora posts? but they're not so "random", are they. the innocent questions and highly promoted answers are all made by geno palate itself as advertisements. and it doesn't give what it promises, either. most of what you get is generic advice. the rest is slightly customized and still probably doesn't apply to you.

GBGreat Specific Information Unlike most people, I am really picky about what I eat, and when I saw that I could see what my DNA said about my diet I was intrigued. I was pleasantly surprised to see most of the foods I eat on my list and a few more that I could incorporate. I would recommend this as a great way for the average person to incorporate healthy and specific foods into their diet, which I feel most Americans really need. Recipes are available if needed.

GBMy Genopalate results have helped shift… My Genopalate results have helped shift my food choices in the right direction. I tried Keto and, while I did lose a little weight, I didn’t feel my overall health was improving. My results came back and I understood why. According to my DNA I function best with a moderately high carb and protein and a low fat diet. Making those adjustments has actually decreased my appetite given me more energy.

GBHeartily recommend Genopalate! I've been following the Genopalate information since joining up, and I love learning about the actions of foods and how my diet can be improved with the recommended changes. Already just a few variations in what I eat have helped my energy levels. It's also helpful to see the recipes included to incorporate my recommended foods. I'm really expecting more great things in the new year when I can cook more.
