Good plan, love the recipes and the shopping lists. Good plan. Easy to follow recipes. I have to get used to dividing up my meats into servings then freezing. Am freezing my fruits this week now also. Do not wish to waste food. It is hard to get exact amounts when shopping as I shop online and groceries are delivered. Foods o needed to get out of the house; if unopened, sent to local church food pantry. Other things my mom and sister took as they could use them. So no waste. I finally eat me up today my 8th day, with the keto flu. I am feeling better now, but sticking to the plan. I lost 9 pounds first week. I realize a lot of that is water.

Very misleading website 5/13/22 UPDATE: This was a website glitch that charged me over $300 and I refuse to pay to ship it back. That is not a solution. Please respond to my emails. Very misleading website. Never have experienced this with a retailer. I was charged over $300 and emailed them immediately to cancel everything (no phone number available on website) it has been days and no solution. They even proceeded to ship the merchandise even though I requested cancellation as soon i saw the order was processed for over $300! seconds after. Very upsetting.

Going keto has given me much more than… Going keto has given me much more than just weight loss. My days with keto challenge are about constant learning, trying out new recipes, and improving my health. Losing weight seemed like the most important thing at first, but now all I can think of is being healthy and feeling good! Not feeling hungry all the time also does a lot of help. Then I can keep my focus on other things. The weight loss just comes as a result of all that. In 4 weeks I lost 12 lbs and I don’t see myself stopping!
