Overall happy Only complaint was that it seemed they waited until the last minute to find an instructor for the course, which was the day after a Monday holiday... but they did get one at the 11th hour, and she was fantastic. Otherwise smooth process, POs and Invoices were timely, follow-up was regular.

The trainer very appropriately explained the concepts, logic behind them and application in real life works. The book which was given for studying is totally a book of errors. Information is wrongly printed, questions are wrongly printed or printed multiple times. Sincerely, the study material was not good. The venue was good with all facilities and good food. Though some days, the classroom was not ready to start the sessions. I would suggest to share study material which the trainer was teaching and the question banks also.
