Overall happy Only complaint was that it seemed they waited until the last minute to find an instructor for the course, which was the day after a Monday holiday... but they did get one at the 11th hour, and she was fantastic. Otherwise smooth process, POs and Invoices were timely, follow-up was regular.

Controlling Cost and Controlling Risk are the most complicated, but Yomi spent time after class working through questions to help others understand. This class also helped to change my perception of the PMP being this MONSTER to something that I can I can successfully do.

I am currently working as a release… I am currently working as a release manager and had completed ITIL intermediate only 1 module. I was really keen to achieve the ITIL Expert level certification.
