Your response to my mail also took almost 24hrs. I was left with dissatisfaction because being a first time customer I did not get good impression of your customer service. Loved the instructor - clear and easy to understand I took the Business Foundations Course and thought the instructor Kris was awesome. There were a lot of technical concepts covered but I felt the whole thing was clear and easy to digest. Will be recommending to my friends.
