Gabe worked with me to help me develop… Gabe worked with me to help me develop a solid strategy for CARS. I really feel like I improved in the CARS section thanks to his advice and test-taking tips. Thanks to Gabe, I saw a dramatic improvement in my performance. Before working with Gabe, I was getting scores around 125, but after working with Gabe, I was able to get a 130 in the MCAT.

An absolute CARS beast Where do I even begin. Gabe is probably THE MOST patient tutor I’ve ever had. A couple things that make him stand out: he probably knows the AAMC material better than the writers themselves. He puts so much effort into researching CARS literature and getting to know the AAMC style. Seriously, he can recall almost every AAMC cars passage out there at random- it’s a little mind boggling! Because he knows the material and background context so well, he’s able to turn something that’s largely intuitive and reliant on gut reactions (uncomfortable) and present cars trends and tricks in a scientific, logical way (comfortable, for me at least). He really does care about his students and gives this his all. I had 2 prior mcat attempts below med school cut offs and Gabe (in 2 weeks only!) helped me finally cross that line. 5/5 Highly Recommend! Gabe helped me get from a 123 on my first attempt to a 127. I attribute my score to his videos, mainly how in-depth his analysis is on AAMC questions and answer choices. I realized from my first attempt that antagonizing CARS and viewing it as an unnecessary section was not a good idea. I am one of the students who consistently suffered with poor critical reading scores on the SAT/ACT and on my first MCAT attempt. I thought it was a crapshoot and I was doomed to have a 123. Gabe's initial videos explained that CARS is an important section that is definitely doable. He focuses specifically on AAMC logic, the only logic that matters for this exam. The course is completely self-paced and easy to access while concurrently studying for the other sections. His explanations and videos are crystal clear and if there was any question I had, I could count on his prompt email responses to my questions. Thank you so much for your help, Gabe!
