I loved the layout and they were always willing to add and edit my documents many times after giving them feedback on the drafts they made - and they were friendly and were always on time to deliver. The charge less and do a lot better compared to other companies that provide the same service.

The service was excellent and… The service was excellent and professional and the résumé and cover letter only took a handful of revisions. My only complaint is that my writer seemed to pull some things about me out of thin air. Positive things that employers want to hear, sure, but I'm not going to stretch the truth just to make myself look more appealing in areas where I really am not; I would rather focus on those areas in which I truly shine.

My resume writer provided a great resume! My resume writer prepared an initial resume for me, based off the questionnaire and an older resume. Then there were two more revisions based off our discussions. This process was very quick. I asked several questions along the way and she answered them with clear reasoning. This was well worth the expense.

I needed something very high-level/executive format on my resume. The resume I received was the normal format with 2 pages and keywords. I felt it was still lacking as an executive-level resume as they really didn't change much other than keywords. It may have been a little overpriced from what I got. I actually landed a job using my old resume during the time they were rewriting mine.
