GBMany thanks to the entire SC&C team for how they all helped me learning so much more about myself, my faith in God and my capabilities through my beliefs in both God and myself. I became involved with SCC back in 2016. I was looking at taking what I saw as potentially a significant financial downgrade with my relocation from the US mid Atlantic region in the Baltimore/Washington area due to what turned out to be the beginnings of a booming region of the nation. The ROI (Return on investment) with what I paid SC&C to mention those that hate and refuse to recognize, accept or understand the personal gains that Capitalism, can and/or will provide, has more than exceeded what I paid for their services. I owe many thanks and a great deal of gratitude to Fred and his his team. I am eternally grateful for aligning me with Mr. Bill Temple as my couch. He helped provided me life lessons which enabled me to better understand myself and my capabilities that have significantly help me in my career and personal matters. I owe a great deal of thanks to the SC& C team for helping me personally in many ways James D. McGowan II

GBSnake oil folks Snake oil folks. A legit recruiter will never charge the client (you) for their services. I've worked with recruiters for years, successfully securing most of the positions I've had and guess what? Not once was a fee discussed. I've also worked in technology for many years and I can see a good online review marketing campaign when I see one. Zero companies have almost a 5-star review, they don't exist. These reviews are left by employees through their real accounts or by creating fake ones. Save your money, leverage LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor. Update your resume and start job hunting. If you're well qualified a legitimate recruiter will reach out to you and work hard on your behalf to secure you the right position. In addition, most mid-large companies have internal recruiters that will reach out to you directly. Don't get suckered into paying your hard earned money for an unnecessary and ineffective service.

GBI hired Stewart Cooper and Coon to … I hired Stewart Cooper and Coon to assist me with my transition to the civilian world after retiring from the Army. They did a great job of preparing my resume, helping me focus on interview preparation and thinking about my next move. The work of actually finding a position was left more to me than I had anticipated. While I did not find a position through their firm, the preparation for interviewing was definitely well-done and improved my poise and self confidence in the interview.

GBOnly Wish I Called S&C Sooner! Having been laid off, looking for your next career opportunity, and being in your mid 50’s is a position no one wants to be in. I personally know that feeling and I never want to feel it again. After I was laid off, I spent six months doing it on my own, and coming in second place in job interviews. I had exhausted all my resources and didn’t know what to do next. Stewart, Cooper & Coon (SC&C) reached out to me, and I now wish I would’ve engaged with them sooner. With SC&C, you not only have industry professionals to help you find your next career opportunity, you have people who really care about you as a person. My career coach was not only my coach; she was my partner throughout the whole process, and available anytime I needed her. She helped me pick myself up and helped me put a plan into action. Not only did she assist me in finding my next employment opportunity, she taught me skills I can easily use in my new job, and in life. My word of advice for anyone who is in the situation I was in – call Stewart, Cooper & Coon today.

GBMy introductory experience My introductory experience with Stewart, Cooper, and Coon was exemplary. I was contacted by a Senior Executive Consultant shortly after posting my resume online. He took the time to review my resume and contact me to gauge my level of interest in using an Executive Search service. During our first call I found that my consultant asked thoughtful questions regarding my background, experience, desires, and interests for the future of my career search. We scheduled a follow-up call during which my consultant said he would provide me with a courtesy review of my resume and some tips for my career search, all being gratis. I left the first call feeling rather impressed. Our second call was a real eye-opener. My consultant lead me thru some of my resume deficiencies, and furthermore tested my interview preparedness. I was surprised to see that there was so much to learn about how to market and brand oneself. I found the introductory and review sessions conducted by Stewart, Cooper, and Coon to far exceed my expectations. They weren’t just a sales pitch. I took away some fantastic insights and advice from my time spent with them thus far. I would recommend any individual looking to further their careers to reach out to Sterling, Cooper, and Coon in an effort to learn more about themselves first, and then make a decision to utilize them for additional services.
