I cannot download original course lessons. Not any advise or any answers from you. If your custemer bought lessons and didnt download not interesting you. Not any ties with students ( maybe you have communicate with a lot of anothers). You usually criticize schools. As you know there are teachers know their students and care about for them. But not any communication with you, not any advise,not any helping. I mean as I am students weaker in computer skills. I just asked my teenage son for helping in computer and insted sendig disappear all my letter. SCAM COMPANY THAT DON'T HONOR THEIR GUARANTEES My name is Alex. I bought the VIP membership and I didn't like the content, which I find useless. I had seen on the website (course catalog page) where I clicked to buy that they offered a 100% money back guarantee, but today that I wrote them to cancel, they replied this: "Dear Alex: Monthly membership fees for The VIP Program are not refundable." So it seems that the guarantee doesn't apply to all of their products, which I find VERY DECEPTIVE, as I bought because they said on the page where I clicked to buy they offered 100% MONEY BACL GUARANTEE. So, even though the material on the VIP membership is a joke, they told me that they don't offer refunds for the VIP membership fees. What a scam!! Don't do business with this company. At least I only lost $37, so that's not too much. What a shame, so buyer beware! Always read the small print, fellas!

very stimulating and encouraging well, I started my participation in Effortless English to improve my english and until moment I have enjoyed very much this. I hope to keep and to know new friends, the teachers are very good and the classes are amazing. As I do not have time, I listen my class in my car while I go to my job, for this Effortless English is so good, it is with me in all moment. Thankyou !

Not value for money Couldn't believe I purchased a simple system at such a premium price. I feel that I should be getting more than what I paid for. Members will received only 2 downloadable courses per month; which I can easily finished in 2 hours, what more 1 month. The previous courses also cannot be retrieve, meaning the 2 courses of that particular month cannot be downloaded on the following month. Ebooks included in each course are nothing but transliteration. Really? No exercises or practice training whatsoever. If the price is lower, I would have rated it higher or perhaps an increase in content would justify the current subscription cost.

Very nice program! but it has one issue to improve. The contents of the program are very interesting, but the prize is quite high. My suggestion is that you should reduce prize for old students. For example, students who continue the program more than 1 year get 2% off, more than 2 years get 5% off and so on. This way will make old students continue the program longer.
