Avoid this course. Avoid this course. It is not as advertised and you can get much better training with correct information and proper support from other organisations. -FOR LESS MONEY! Ofstead is doing an inspection- I recommend waiting to bookt this course until the report comes out and you can see the issues that will be highlighted. My list of problems is vast but starts with the most awful student support and a legacy of referrals which cost a fortune.

Great practical course instructors The course instructors for all of the practical aspects were first class. Knew their subject well, enthusiastic, keen to pass on their knowledge. I found the e-learning program disjointed in places, some of the video clips were unnecessary, some of the presentation formats were different. To many mouse / touch pad clicks / taps. Inconsistent telephone / email backup.

I completed a Personal Trainer course… I completed a Personal Trainer course recently in London and the tutors - Hannah, Roger, Trevor (and others who assessed me) were all brilliant. All had great teaching styles and a real depth of expertise and I learnt a great deal in a very supportive environment. Thank you

Absolute atrocious The only good thing about this course is Nick Reynolds. Although some of the information he teaches is out of date and false, he is a great teacher. The online learning platform is the worst I’ve ever seen. It was agonising to use and needs a complete restructuring. Some information isn’t even consistent with the knowledge tests at the end of each category. Absolutely atrocious. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

Trainers were wonderful, but… Trainers were passionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t change them. The website, however was evidently made in the dark ages and hasn’t been updated since (navigates at a snail’s pace). Also, course attendees are often trying to build careers - that put food on the table and keep the lights on - around this organisation’s certifications. Making them wait 3 months to get said certifications - key to getting one’s foot in the door anywhere - is unfair. Great course content, lousy back of house.
