I had a great experience with the support staff. I had a great experience with Contractor Training Center. I started this journey back in 2020, before the pandemic hit. As a result, my plans were placed on hold and I only started studying again at the beginning of the year. They extended my access to the online content at no extra charge. Don't expect them to give you answers to the exam but, instead, teach you how to navigate through the books. Jordan is simply great: always ready to help and quick to answer her emails. The training material was pretty… The training material was pretty minimal. The practice test is just a powerpoint slideshow of someone presenting and answering questions. There is no actual practice test you can take.

CTC Website says they process orders in… CTC Website says they process orders in 3-5 business days. I placed an order over 1 week ago and paid for 2 day shipping. I have not received the products or any shipping info. email got a canned response
