Capstone is an amazing company Capstone is an amazing company. Hard work is rewarded. It is easy to move up in the company as long as you work hard and show up. All levels of management from the bottom to senior VP'S are always available and willing to help with any concerns or questions. They are great. The only problem is I personally feel like they put too much on management, especially directors. Other than that Capstone Logistics is amazing.

Be better than this company. Wanna work your butt off for less than McDonald's pay per hour (9$/hour) then get a little more money than McDonald's because of overtime? This company under parts it's employees, if you get hurt they don't and won't care. If you sew them they will harass you and your family. Huge heartache DON'T APPLY. Also got 9$ an hour to lift a 500 LBs window with me and one other guy (it almost shattered).
