Horrible service Horrible service. It been over 3 weeks since they promised a refund and I still haven’t received it yet

Do not care about the deadlines They really do not care about the deadlines. I asked them to do my assignments but they failed to deliver in time. I begged my professor for the deadline extension with point deduction. The tutoring manager told me to give him few hours. But at the last hour, they say that the expert is unavailable and they require another 5-6 hours. You cant be serious? This is mental torture! Please please do not use this service. Look for the alternatives.

READ THIS If you want to read an honest and unbiased review of this business then read THIS. I contacted them for a coding project and everything was going well until they asked for a deadline, in which I granted. 3 days after the deadline, they sent code that didn't work, essentially just a mess. After talking to them and them sending the project back TWO times (they said that there were no errors) the project still didnt work and the code was still a mess. Not to mention their response times for the instant chat and 24/7 live chat were EXTREMELY long. After telling them the code still doesn't work, the "expert" stopped responding and the 24/7 live chat were "unable" to contact the expert. Multiple times over two days I had asked them for a refund, but they had prolonged it by saying they would "resolve" the issue. Truly unprofessional, and essentially a scam. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
