GBNot a good experience The beginning of the program went smoothly but when you're close to graduating, it's completely different. HORRIBLE customer service. Sometimes assignments are graded late and questions have taken weeks to be answered. All of which can leave you having to pay a hefty fee for a semester extension. It makes one wonder if that's their goal or if they're really just that incompetent. Dealing with this school has left me feeling hopeless and extremely frustrated. Please research this school well before enrolling.

GBDeceptive grading practices Deceptive grading practices. Was told I passed my lab assignments with a 100 to be emailed two days later told be told " I apologize for my previous comment" and proceed to pick every part of my assignment apart down the letter .I want to say that the grade was deleted as well but I took a screenshot before it was deleted thankfully. I had already been on a back-and-forth thru help tickets with the assignments for 18 days. There is no number to call to get help. You get help thru one-sided response tickets that you can not respond to and several canceled appointments with student services that are actual phone calls because they don't cover that part of the course. How can you offer a course and then have no one to help on certain assignments. I have been in the course since April and please let me warn you once money has been paid you are on your own 100 percent. I suggest you consider ALL other options when choosing a college.

GBI'd give 0 stars if I could I'd give 0 stars if I could. Do not fall for the bait and switch ($1 deposit to start the term- that's how they get you) I highly recommend having an attorney look over the contract. They feed on those simply trying to further their career- and after that $1- they will hit you with thousands and it WILL show up on your credit report. It's niche, but if you have seen the movie Wonka, the scene where the couple lets him stay at their hotel for free and he signs a contract- they then end up charging him an absurd amount at the end because it's "in the fine print"- same situation with Ashworth. And heaven for bid you DO graduate - you may as well have printed a fake degree online- they preach their 'accreditation' but look deep into it- some employers / educators will not accept their degrees as valid. Be warned. Do not go to Ashworth- you're better off going through a University/College that's accepts financial aid.

GBNobody will help you with questions or concerns I really didn't want to give them one star!!!! My daughter has been attending Ashworth for almost a year and a half now while enrolled in their vet tech program. It has been one problem after the next-tons of wasted time! They do not send or respond to emails in a timely manner, nor send paperwork that is needed to complete tasks for clinicals. No phone numbers to actually speak with anyone! Just this week, my daughter will not receive credit for her clinicals that she drove 2 hours a day to complete due to the fact that the clinic's eye-wash procedure does not meet Ashworth standards although it meets NC state standards! This should have been addressed before clinicals started and not at the END! Money and time wasted!!! I would never recommend Ashworth to anyone! Sadly, they are a JOKE!!!!
