AVOID I reached out to call tutors after experiencing some health concerns as I wanted some guidance on understanding statistics. I was told a tutor could assist me. I set a deadline for help, the deadline passed. I reach out to express concern. I then did what I should have done before and came onto trust pilot to look at reviews, low and behold everyone was having the same issues. When I said about the trust pilot reviews, they claimed they were all false and that people were just looking for business and trust pilot was just wanting money from them.... I gave them more time over the deadline, a random whatsapp came through saying how can I help with your assignment. I was like GREAT I have a tutor that will help me understand...then he said I'm not your expert someone is working on it. Why are you breaking data protection laws and giving out my number to someone who is not helping or assigned to my assignment? I requested an immediate refund and then all of a sudden they sent me a paper. Which I had not ask for, and the stats were completely wrong stating the youngest was 7 and oldest was 22?! The participants were 19-60's?? So immediate red flag. They do not know what they are doing and never delivered on product, deadline, or expertise or even what their service depicts. I have requested again a refund but I believe they won't process so will process through my bank, report to trading service and also highlight the unprofessional use of my data. Shameful.
