KZVery poor courses quality Very poor courses quality. Some of them are outdated, most of them are superficial and wordy. Learning paths — the most important feature — contain random courses that has duplicate information. Will try another platform.

GBLooks like ACG is dead in the water Looks like ACG is dead in the water. No one is home. I tried to renew membership but despite being approved as a regular payment it had simply failed to renew. Now they want me to buy a plan at full price. Content is 2 years old. Contacted support but no one has responded. Now my account has been restricted.

GBExtremely poor support Extremely poor support: - poorly conceptually thought through, - poorly implemented, - poorly staffed. It seems the ACG management had never worked in a corporate support / CRM: - basic support principles are foreign to them. That alone overweighs all the good work ACG content creators have done so far. Hence only 2 out of 5. On a 1 to 10 it should be 3.

GBCluttered with old content The site is just cluttered with old content that you reall can't tell you dealing with outdated information (Note most everything is outdated though some is more than others) Here is an example: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02) vs AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-C02 On is a year out of date while the other is Three years out of date. Why is an outdated course even available for a new learner to select.
