Be aware of bad unprofessional… Be aware of bad unprofessional tutor's work. I submitted a case with all the study material and got the wrong answer, not just once but two revised versions without any changes to correct the wrong answer. When I requested a refund I was told it was not possible because the tutor put all his "effort" and the refund was not possible. This website is a scam, they steal your money, give you wrong answers, and don't provide refunds if the answer is not right. They offered me a discount to be used next time, I don't want to use this service ever again.

I have ordered my assignment in april 2020 and their tutor was unable to complete the order even after one month, so I cancelled that order. Now its end of july 2020 and I have not received my refund yet. They keep on saying its already generated just taking time, when I ask them to show any receipt or any kind of confirmation, they said we don't give any receipts. Its really annoying. Hope I can give zero or below zero stars.

Operating as Transtutors-dot-com, they have a Fresno California cell phone number (559-702-8922) as contact number and a business address at a "we Work"-type shared office space in Albany NY. It is impossible to reach them by telephone to ask questions or to cancel monthly subscription. Their answer to our first and only question was so laughably bad that we suspected a scam immediately and then spent over two weeks trying to contact them to cancel. Finally blocked them on my credit card. Scam Scam Scam. Disgusting little benchodes who have nothing to offer the world so they steal.
