GBI love Grove Collaborative :) Very… I love Grove Collaborative :) Very simple to order, arrives within a very short time frame, never had any issues or problems. Very good at keeping you posted when it is shipping, plenty of notice of letting you know when it is nearly time for order to ship in case you need to make changes to your order.

GBOrdered a highly advertised anti snore… Ordered a highly advertised anti snore guard, paid for december 2023 and still waiting. All emails requesting an update have been unanswered and panicking that my card details may now be used for unwanted transactions. Utterly useless customer service and support and would advise others to avoid totally.

GBTo be honest To be honest. I signed up because where I work offered a "try Grove and you will receive free items" I thought why not, no commitments and get free stuff...Well I have ordered every month since then and became a VIP because I like their products that much! Everything I have ordered has been exceptional! I especially like the cold water laundry soap and the walnut scrubbies. Highly recommend Grove. Quick service and fast shipping. Only problem is everyone must like the products I do, they run out fast but resupply quickly too. Thanks for making me a believer and a greener shopper.

GBI've loved my experience with Grove so… I've loved my experience with Grove so far but, I enjoy the ease and convenience of subscription boxes. If you aren't someone who stays on top of your orders I could see how even with the option to skip, it might get frustrating. We've been subscribed for a little over a year now and with a family of four and two dogs, I've gotten about 5 boxes so far. Usually right after I receive an order I set the next delivery date for a few months ahead so I can place my next order when I'm ready.

GBCancelled Everything and STILL getting Charged! Okay, so I used to love this company. you get a lot of product with their subscription. however, they have continued to charge me years after i’ve cancelled all orders from them. I also had this problem when I was first trying to cancel it, I had to cancel it 3 times to get them to stop. Only they didn’t, I woke up this morning and found a random charge for 19.99 on my account that I never placed… there’s no option to delete or deactivate your account and I’m beyond frustrated at this point… I regret making an account and I never would have if I knew they were so sketchy. they don’t even have a customer service team to take calls for these pressing disputes..you have to email them and hope you might get a response in the future. This company is not efficient or user friendly when it comes to charge disputes or needing customer service whatsoever.
