AUIf I could give zero stars I would Every mistake that a prop firm can make, FCFF has made. They have virtually defrauded thousands of people by not adhering to their own TOS and the current wait time is >3 months for a payout (if it ever comes at all). FCFF also lost many traders trade history and then penilised the traders by voiding anyones payouts during that period, you can bet they did not refund anyones losses for lost trade history. Complete and utter scam prop firm and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves.

GBZERO STARS!!! I wish I could give this company 0 STARS!! I always research a company first but this was recommended personally... but wish I would've read the reviews before I paid. STAY AWAY!!! I did 2 reviews on my Youtube : I Am L Rose going into detail of what this company did to me. They will not pay you, they will string you along saying they have to verify your withdrawal. (It's was literally under $250 ) So this company is JOKE that they can't even pay that. Then because you are waiting on a payout and they keep bs'ing you, you stop trading. So then 4 months later they don't approve your payout because you aren't actively using their FAKE PLATFORM!!! NO ONE GETS PAID!! STAY AWAY!! I don't understand how they are still in business.

GBFirst Class Forex is for real traders not scammers First Class Forex just paid me out ~8k after I reached out to customer service post requesting a payout on their website. They apologized for the backlog and told me they are almost through all payouts. If you treat them with respect they will take care of you. A lot of these 1 star reviews are scammers and not real traders.

However, by respecting the rules, you can be assured of receiving your funds. Rather than complaining, I suggest traders concentrate on their trades. All your complaints are not attracting new customers and will ultimately delay payment processing. Stay focused, follow the rules, and trade with confidence, then your money should follow!

GBPositive to start, poor customer service caused my inactivity breach.. I've been with them for a while and have found they get back to me on chat or email pretty quickly. Had some login issues for my account and they sorted it out for me. I've been recovering some drawdown from huge market moves that hit me hard, so not made a withdrawal yet but hopefully that will be over the next couple of weeks, hopefully that goes smoothly when it happens so I can leave this as a 5 star review. Update: I was unable to login to my account for a while, I went onto chat to get my issue sorted. Didn't hear anything back on chat or email. A couple of weeks later I was emailed saying I've breached my account because of inactivity, even though I am unable to login to make trades. Come on FCFF, sort it out. Get me my logins and stop confirming the negative reviews on here.
