( As a previous customer mentioned, I too expected more of a sour/tangy taste oppose to the sweet taste of young coconuts but I can understand that those unfamiliar with kefir might prefer the sweeter taste. To adjust for this, I plan on leaving my kefir outside the fridge about 24 hours before drinking it.) Im a new customer so I can't speak towards results yet, however, I am overall satisfied with my experience thus far.
