I had quite an avearge experience… I had quite an avearge experience using mindrnd.com. Nothing out of the ordinary, the service was mediocore, nothing memerobale. They had the usuall range of products and it was fairly eazy to find what I was lookng for. Customer service was OK, quik to respnd but couldn't help me with any speecial requests so had to find some alternatives. Overal, pretty avearge expeirence. Spent most of my time seaurching for want I wanted.

I am really disappointed with the products and the customer service I am really disappointed with the products AND the customer service. I ordered the outco THC tincture, and received it in a bad condition: the dropper is damaged and a a result half of the oil spilled out the pot. Also the opening cap is stuck (can't be opened). Even though this is clearly a product quality issue, the company didn't take any responsability and refuse to replace the damaged product.
