Cuwstomer support was helpful and knowledgeable. Sopmetimes I had to wait few days to get an anwer, but at least they answered. Prices were not too expensive, which I liked. Overall, orinary experince.

Overall Overall, I've had just a middling experience with Keto4X. All in all, nothing terribly excitign to report - it was essentially run-of-the-mill. There was nothing that greatly stood out, good or bad. The product/service offering is avarage, which is to be expected. Fundamantally, I felt satisfied, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about the experience.

I found them to be at the perfect difficulty level to get a great sweat going but not too hard where I couldn't finish them. Really good value for the amount of material I'm able to access.
