Crystal is patient and detailed… Crystal is patient and detailed oriented. I've had an overall good experience with her. She has helped me a lot with public speaking and other issues I had with my speech in general. I just wish she was a little more flexible with the class times.

She has amazing hearing and it’s impressive how much she picks up from our informal conversations and covers in a 30min class. She’s professional and responsible, she cares about my progress as her student, and she is very focused on getting value from every minute of the class.
