I wanted to use Mondly as an auxiliary… I wanted to use Mondly as an auxiliary in my Mandarin learning and I found it very badly made. I don't know how they do with Indo-European languages, but they seem to treat non-Indo-European languages the same as Indo-European ones, and it is a huge mistake. Terrible and very shallow. I asked to be refunded within a few hours after my subscription : more than one week later, I still haven't received my refund, the customer service replies one in four of my messages and always with the same vagueness and uneffectiveness. Not only are they bad at what they pretend to be best at (languages), but they look like crooks to me. Avoid!

Doing the sucking’n If I was not trying to learn If I was not trying to learn, some of the things that it thinks I am saying would be very comical. But it ends up being too frustrating. After repeating an entire sentence, the app sometimes will only register one word and some to end it is not even a word that o actually said. IT SUCKS!!! You f it had not already charge my card, i would definitely have moved on to another app. At this time, almost ANY OTHER APP!!

These people are an absolute disgrace These people are an absolute disgrace. I paid nearly one hundred pounds for their best deal so I could learn Greek whilst I am in Greece for several months and then Albanian. I have no doubt I have done something wrong but the only languages it will let me learn are Chinese and Spanish. I have emailed their support department 10 times asking for help but all I get is an automated reply and advertising about how wonderful they are. In fact they are useless to the point of dishonesty. I cannot comment on the quality of lessons because I haven’t had the chance

The lessons are really difficult for… The lessons are really difficult for beginners to learn and waste money : 1. No explained errors 2. No teaching grammatical structures 3. The cost is too expensive and not suitable for some people like students 4. Pronunciation teaching is not professional and not detailed But at least they create short daily lessons for learners to remember and repeat many times, I appreciate that

Avoid at all cost! I regret I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing the monthly access, which I actually thought was for 1 month only until I received an email about the renewal. It’s impossible to cancel the subscription. Only scammers and business who wants to make money on peoples’ mistakes wouldn’t put an option for cancelling the subscription neither on their website nor their app. Someone should report you for bad practices you just steal money from people!
