My comments about Flip talk Hello every one I me happy to be here I am a Supervisor and I want to continue growing in the company So I would like to tell you about my experience using flip talk Flip talk is a platform that adapts to your needs and times since you can schedule your class at the time you want and there is always a teacher available In my experience I can tell you that this learning systems that the platform has helped me since my opportunity área is to overcome my fears of speaking The platform is very easy to use and contains interesting day to day topics that make the class more interesting Also for me having the opportunity To meet teachers from the other parts of the world, is very interesting to know the variety accents and to be able to speak with any person from any part of the world is amazing for me it is the best thing that I have liked about the platform Honestly recommend flip talk For the quality of learning and the price is accessible.

My experience so far has been great My experience so far has been great, I have been enjoyed the stories for each module and I really enjoy every class with the teachers. I just want to remark that the feedback for the multiselect questions is failed if I don't select each one answer, I think in that cases could take the answer as correct and show the feedback. In general, the plataform works smoothly and the teachers are so good in classes and giving their feedbacks.

feedback about UI/UX Experience ((I'll try to do in English) I think that they should improve the UI and UX experience in the platform. For example: when i try login from their website its impossible! because there is no login button on the website fliptalk.online ( also i think that would better have a .com).🤓 Maybe you could put a simple button on the header with a hiperlink. Also it is not very intuitive the platform when you are inside. for example when you want change between modules, or whwn i want look my personalized classes. And their pop up feature (When you click on the button with your name) its awful. Also i think that 15 minutes is a short time for a class, i don't know, maybe 20 or 25 for have time to questions.🤔🤔 Your support chat i'ts great, 👌I think. The teachers too. Also I think would be good have a native app but with good web app (website) well designed its ok. 😬 And the resources of class I think that its ok too, i like the stories. 🤗 The translate feature it's great to !👌👌 You just underline and automatically it translate. The teachers always be on time ❤️❤️. and in fliptalk they have a support on Whatsapp and it is good. Have a teacher anytime It's awesome too, because you can take a lesson when you want 24/7. and you can choose if you take a lesson with a teacher that only speaks English or a teacher that speaks Spanish too. Another thing that would be amazing would be that you could synchronize fliptalk with google calendar or the calendar of your pc or mac. These are all my comments, I hope they are helpful. Flip talk helped me to find a new job. Flip talk is a great platform. I always learn a lot of things in my classes with my teachers. Also, thanks this platform I could improve my self confidence, apply for a job and got it. I am currently working there and improving my life.
