Excellent customer service My review is for the customer service of this family-owned company, and not the CBD products. I couldn't try them due to a possible interaction with a medication I take. I had bought three bottles of their gummies before learning I can't use them. I emailed them late night, and the next day I received a super quick, very friendly email back approving the return and providing a prepaid shipping label. They also refunded the full credit back to my card immediately, which I really appreciated. Their CBD products are good quality made with hemp grown in the USA and there are really positive reviews on their website.

Awful awful awful packaging Awful awful awful packaging. Have arthritis and CANNOT open the flimsy plastic “jar” with the childproof lid. I press down to open it but the plastic container collapses. Told them to send a replacement in a bag or refund my money.
