GBNonexistent customer service I ordered products from Danni and Toni directly and waited for them to ship. While waiting, I decided to order similar products from Amazon as they would arrive sooner. I emailed Danni and Toni and requested a cancelation. Within hours, I recieved a notification from Danni and Toni that order had shipped. Then an email apologizing that the order could not be canceled because it had shipped. Shipping details said it still took 2 days before package was actually picked up by carrier. In the meantime, I tried the Danni Toni gel strips from Amazon. I followed instructions carefully. All seemed well until about 3 days in and gels started to lift. My Danni and Toni order finally arrived, but I already knew the product didn't hold up to it's claims. Additionally, they sent something different than I ordered. Danni and Toni's refund policy states that unopened items can be returned for refund with prior approval within 14 days of receipt. I have reached out multiple times with no response from Danni and Toni. I continue to recieve promotional emails and requests that I review the product, but no effort to address my return concerns. It seems suspicious that when I requested to cancel, customer service responded promptly denying the request and saying the items had shipped, but when I need a return approval, customer service is silent for over a week now.

GBHappy Mail This is the type of mail that makes you smile and happy. I’m excited to do my nails today. If I can decide between butterflies and flowers. The butterflies are beautiful. I love the contrast between the butterflies and light background. I especially love that the butterflies go at the bottom of the nail and not at the top where they may get cut off due to nail length.
