This class was excellent This class was excellent. I am new in my roll with non-profit organization. This gave me a better understanding on my roll at work and some of the changes I can apply to keep our members coming back and continue support. The instructor always up beat which is helpful since the class is after lunch. The quiz in the middle of the lecture were great and they gave me a better understanding on what I was learning.

Engaging Course Content—Class Flew By The course instructor was full of energy week after week, there were great visual examples provided, all terms were defined, and the group chat was another great resource. I came away learning several new things around membership growth.

I enjoyed the topic coverage for media… I enjoyed the topic coverage for media marketing. Guest speakers brought forward informative and helpful information about how to make landing pages and emails get more clicks and views. I appreciate all the great examples as I am a very visual hands-on learner.

Very engaging class Very engaging class, Chris is a great presenter! You will learn a lot about member types, member benefits, dues, invoicing, campaigns and so on. You will also earn CAE credits with this course! Highly recommended.
