Best decision I've made This is the best decision I made for myself, my family, and my career. I knew I wanted to move into Instructional Design, but I needed direction and help. The access to coaches and mentors and material is not only easy to follow but applicable to the real world of ID and is what was so invaluable. The networking I've been able to do over the past 8 weeks, the portfolio I've created, and the confidence I've gained will only allow me to keep working towards my goals, and I've no doubt I'll reach them.

I've not only improved my skills as an Instructional Designer, but I've also benefited from the wisdom, experience, and assistance of many excellent colleagues. IDOL: Supportive and Informative I loved the community, the support, and the plethora of PD available to refer back to as much as needed. I found areas I felt drawn to and really dug in there first. I loved the options to get my work reviewed in multiple settings, and I loved learning how to review others (and knew my craft was sharpening in my ability to do so)

IDOL Courses Academy is the best! IDOL Courses Academy is the best! This was EXACTLY the practical training that I needed to transition from a Consultant to an ID. The mentor sessions and coach feedback are impactful. The course library is in-depth and has everything you could possibly need to become an ID with no previous training. I am so grateful to IDOL for helping me make the transition. Having a community of people to reach out to for support and education has been key to my success. Thank you Dr. Robin!
