I was completely over whelmed with paperwork. The fact that I am NOT tech savy absolutely scared me to death to do everything online. But they slowly trained me at my pace, and helped me with website transition and even provided suggestions on how to better adopt. Now my school is completely digital. The owner of the company is the one you originally talk to so he can explain everything involved with the software, and he is super nice and helpful. After that you have a designated onboarding specialist to assist you with getting started. Every time I have an issue, support is always there for me. It might be a little overwhelming once you begin, but after awhile it's a very easy program to learn and use. It is also very customizable to your school. Highly, highly recommend DSS!
