I'm half way into the program I'm half way into the program. I have had my ups and downs. But nothing in life is easy and they make that clear. If everything was easy, everyone would be doing it. I'm learning to just follow the process and make progress. I'm confident everyone in the organization cares and wants me to succeed. It is very well run. Looking forward to sharing success stories as I keep following the plan and doing the work.

Fantastic Customer Service Publishing.com has the BEST customer service! They are fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They take great care of their customers and are always available to assist with any question or concern. I've been very impressed with their follow-through and communication.

the scariest moment is just before the start. A writer is someone who pays attention to the world. I have knowledge of 40 experience which hopefully has been forged into wisdom. So in this light I joined the AIA company...now taking the first step allows the universe to build a ladder. But now the ladder is AI, it is professional organisational skills, it is creating my identity to succeed, it is support through the trenches and it is learning the new world communication skills. My new ladder is frightening but I am able to step sure footed with the guidance at every step. I know that I will succeed, of that there is little doubt. So far the company has provided the infrastructure like a huge big hug.

Good Investment So far, I have found the AIA program very helpful and a good investment. I'm still quite early in the process but the coaching and guidance have been invaluable. Assistance is just a message away; responses are prompt. There's a lot more to writing a book and becoming a successful publisher than just putting words on paper. Here is where the coaching really makes a difference: showing us the 'ropes' so we don't have to reinvent the wheel or learn the hard way.

I like this group a lot but I feel like… I like this group a lot but I feel like I spent way more money than I needed to in order to learn how to create e-books. I feel conflicted because I did get value from the courses and the coaches/customer service is stellar. I just spent more than $9k to learn the program. I regret that decision a lot! It's a lot for what you learn. But again, the program is great and you do glean value from it. I just could have used that money for many other things. Many people are having success with the program so it does work for some but it just hasn't for me to date. I think if I were to do it again, I would have stuck with the initial investment and not purchased the accelerator where the bulk of the money goes.
