The only difficulty is that the voice verification is failed too often even in perfect conditions without any extra noise. Otherwise the courses can be done much faster. That’s the only problem. Material is woefully outdated Material is woefully outdated. Comparing the questions and answers to national government websites, such a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and U.S. Department of Transportation, what this company publishes in the material and quizzes is just plain wrong or subjective. Another example is oil changes... its no longer 3k miles, that was from the 1990s, mileage varies based on type of automobile and oil type. It seems the stats are from mid-2010s and not more recent. Anybody other than these people should be responsible for such important content. What a racket and scam.

Company was very attentive and answered… Company was very attentive and answered all my questions whether through chat or phone. Also when I started my course it was late. I had an issue and it was unlocked the very next day so that I can continue. Very good customer service.
