Practical advice that reaches deep. Practical advice with some background explanation, no platitudes. That's what you get here. The author's passion for showing people how they can help themselves is another big plus. Some info might seem obvious to me, but we're all in different places on our journeys, and there's nothing wrong covering the basics for people who need them - like me at some past points in my life. You have my thanks, respect, and best wishes.

The advice in Awkward to Awesome is… The advice in Awkward to Awesome is very practical and encouraging. It is explained very well and is easy to implement step by step. I found a huge improvement in my social life after working on the advice in this course (over a period of time). I have also improved at work and can be a more confident leader. Also, my self esteem has improved. I’d recommend any of these courses to people who are shy and tired of it!

Great advice! This is the first time I’ve ever read anything that actually explains social anxiety in a relatable way for teenagers to understand and gives the best advice! Amazing!!
