Great in person training Great online training, but the in person class is so much better. To see the live action always helps me learn better. Only wish we had a class in new york.. My shop would be perfect for future training classes. Over all class and teacher was on point .. I recommend this class to future jewlers

I want the access to the flip book and… I want the access to the flip book and material list back, i don't know what happened, but now I can no longer access it, as I'm trying to start the process of grill making, and purchased both, now inaccessible. UPDATE: After contacting customer support and them working diligently to find my order receipt, I've been able to re access the flipbook, I appreciate the effort they put behind making sure I was indeed a satisfied customer.
