I recently made an online orcer at… I recently made an online orcer at Kyani.com and I’d rate my experience as almost good. The website was easy to navgiate and evrything was well placed. It was also very easy to make payments. Delivery time was also acordin to the stated time and the product was of good quaility. There was no issue with the customer srevices either. All in all, my overall experience was almost good but had some room for improvement.

Not a good company, maybe a good product. The product did not help at all. I tried to log in to my account to cancel my autoship but the system does not works. It does not recognize my password. I reseted but it does not take it. Finally, I called to cancel the autoship. The system is horrible. It takes hours on the line to be answer by a customer service representative. If you leave a message to be called back. The sooner they will call you is 4 hours after. They told me the autoship was cancel and they will refund my money, they kept $38.56 for shipping. even thou they told me the shipment was stopped. I call to clarify about the difference and they said is the money from shipping and shipping back. They do all this thicks in their system for the customer do not be able to cancel or return the items asking for the warranty they offer.

I've had an averge experience with… I've had an averge experience with Kyani.com. Navigatng the website was straightforward, but could have been made simpler. It was relatively difficult to locate the product I needed. After finding it the payment process was plesant. But overal I didn't feel satisfied with the whole process. Its alright, nothing special. I wouldn't recommand.

The Kyäni Products helped me a lot I'm taking the Triangle of Wellness and Restore since November 2022. I was suffering with Psoriasis most on my hands , no Energy, bad sleep. Very quick after taking the products I had my energy back. I'm sleeping very deep for hours. Not waking up a few times during the night anymore. It took a while but also my hands looking well now. All the dry, itchi ugly looking skin is gone. For me the products are worth every penny. I don't want to be without them anymore.

The website was the sum of what I was expecting and the process was almst smooth and easy. I did not go into any complicated ordres so delivery times weren't really an issue, but from what I have heard it is quick as well. All in all, I had a positve enough experience to not complaing, it was almost good. I would not reccomend this website right now, but maybe the future if they keep up the good wok.
