Originally opened March 8, 1980 on South Hwy 92, As International Health And Fitness Center (IHFC) with Jack La Lanne presiding over the Grand Opening Ceremonies. - As the only independent IHFC, it dropped it's franchise In 1987, re-opened as Buena Health Fitness Center (BHFC). and picked up another location in Yuma where they hosted Sylvester Stallone during the filming of Rambo III. - Then Henry "Hank" Diaz Is The Owner Operator also known as the "Incredible Hank" holds 7 ABA World Body-Building titles from the world's largest natural organization. Hank is now 80 years of age - BHFC is now located on the very east-end of Sierra Vista. Just 1 Block South, 1 Block East of Fort Huachucas' Main Gate entrance - (In the old "Palms" Banquent and Meeting Facility next to the pink "Wick" communications building.) - BHFC has now become the PALACE of all Fitness Centers in the area offering a spacious palatial atmosphere with a touch of "home-grown" gym.

I recently used buenafitness.com and… I recently used buenafitness.com and was almosted satisfied with what I got. Although there wasn't any visible problems with the product, I can't say it was completely satisfacotry. I felt like the quality of the item wasn't exactly what I had expected it to be. I felt like the price could have been a bit lower, too. Although it wasn't a completely bad expirience, it cerainly wasn't the best. There are probably better options out there that I would rather spend my money on.

Best Gym in Sierra Vista A great place to work out, no wait to use equipment since there is so much to choose from. Hank (owner) is a world class individual and always there to help. Really an inspiration to the rest of us. I highly recommend this gym if you are serious about getting in shape, $19/month is a deal! Why pay over $60 elsewhere?
