When I started taking this course I had low expectations for the class because I personally am not very fond of lecture classes, But after I had experienced the course it was the best lecture class I had ever taken! Kevin is literally the best real estate instructor and he actually makes the lessons FUN! If you are looking for a class that helps you memorize EVERYTHING go with this company!

Despite COVID & only able to classes… Despite COVID & only able to classes online, I had a great experience & feel like that I made the right choice in picking the school. The class it self really goes through things & makes them understandable & make you feel prepared for the state test. My instructor was Tim Green. I never even got to see his face, but I could tell how much he really cared for everyone in the class’s success & ability to understand the material, & if we didn’t, he made sure we was readily available to contacted by us if we ever had questions. Great guy! Great experience overall. Very optimistic about my future!

Excellent and entertaining synopses and cases Watching and listening to Namir is always entertaining. Watched the class outside on a beautiful day, got a little sunshine, passed the test with flying colors. Interesting selection and synopses of cases. This is truly a painless way to keep up on CE for Real Estate brokers.

Great Way To Complete Continuing Education I am a returning student, and Namir George always makes the continuing education courses interesting as well as informative. This was my first on-line course...I usually attend a 6-hour class with lunch at one of the local venues, but due to COVID-19, I had no choice but to complete my ConEd on-line this year. It’s been 3 yrs already The website is easy to understand and get to where you need to go. Signing up again for classes was also easy to do.
