awesome program is take it again I like it cause it help me a lot to understand the fix and flip homes Jake is awesome teacher if I know this I would do it a lot long time ago. but its helping me a lot.the coaching is awesome it call ever week in check up on you in if you have a question your coach will be to awser yo have.

Plus i can learn at my own pace. My mentor/ coach is super helpful. He doesn’t make me feel awkward. We seem to communicate well.

We fast tracked through our classes in 23 days and on day 24, we had our first signed contract and HML funding set up and ready to roll!
